I'm the face behind Zilla Graphics, a graphic designer and social media manager based in Carmarthenshire, South Wales.
 

For 13 years, I ran a successful family photography studio with my partner. During that time, I saw first-hand just how important a strong online presence is. Social media wasn't just a way of sharing photos—it became one of the biggest drivers of enquiries, customer relationships and business growth.
 

Running a business taught me that there's never enough time in the day. Between looking after customers, replying to emails, managing bookings and everything else that comes with being self-employed, social media often ends up at the bottom of the to-do list.
